Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as aFuneral & Memorial Consultant. You\’ll deliver the best end of life care, support and client experience through the arrangement and delivery of funerals, memorialisation, and aftercare services.

You\’ll need a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle as this role may require travel to support other branches if required.

What to expect…

  • Make sure funeral arrangements, memorialisation orders and aftercare services are perfect.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy and high attention to detail throughout.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Ensure correct care of the deceased, forexample, conducting daily checks and facilitating Reflection Room visits for families.
  • Be proactive in community engagement initiatives.

What we\’re looking for…

  • IT literate and a competent user of MS Office.
  • Excellent communicator with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Can display resilience and be comfortable working alone in branch.
  • High level of understanding, empathy, and compassion.

Training…

  • Previous experience within the funeral industry is not required as we’ll provide full training.
  • Travel to other sites will be required.
