Southern Co-op is seeking a part-time Team Leader to help drive our store forward, inspire colleagues, and deliver an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll support all store operations—from the Post Office and parcel services to local suppliers and community initiatives—and step up in the Store Manager’s absence.
