Southend City Council is recruiting a permanent full-time Qualified Social Worker to join one of the six Families First Service Teams.

You will work directly with children, young people and families to deliver positive, lasting change through a restorative, relational approach.

You will assess needs and risks, develop safety and wellbeing plans, and coordinate with partners to provide joined-up support while keeping the child at the centre of every decision.
