Southend on Sea City Council is seeking a part-time Personal Advisor (fixed-term until April 2027) to help care leavers transition to adulthood.
The role combines on-site presence at the Civic Centre for at least three days a week with hybrid working options.
You will work with young people to develop tailored pathway assessments and plans, advocate for care leavers, and collaborate with partner agencies to secure housing, education, employment and health support.
