We are recruiting Bank Support Workers to work within our supported living and extra care services.

As a Bank Support Worker you work across our Supported Living and Extra Care Schemes, to provide support and care to tenants living in their own flats, and help them to maximise their independence and health and wellbeing.

You will be joining a friendly supportive team, and whilst experience is desirable , even if you are new to care you will be provided with a full training to help you succeed in the role.

The responsibilities of a Bank Support Worker include, not limited to:

  • Personal Care and moving nda positioning
  • General household duties including laundry
  • Promoting, and administering medication
  • Shopping
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Undertaking craft activities and games with tenants
  • Supporting, and assisting tenants with accessing the community including shopping, leisure activities such as cinema trip
