The Sales Executive is responsible for selling new and used vehicles and maximizing sales through customer relationships, dealership processes, and finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow the manufacturer sales process and meet enquiry management targets.
- Apply manufacturer mystery shopping criteria when dealing with customers.
- Maintain showroom displays and all vehicle documentation to manufacturer standards.
- Prospect for new and used car customers regularly and maintain contact to nurture relationships.
- Convey a customer‑first culture at all times.
- Maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions in accordance with FCA guidelines.
- Prepare and hand over sold vehicles to customers, ensuring a full briefing on operation and introducing them to the after‑sales department.
- Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions; take part in on‑site and off‑site promotional events.
- Carry out accurate appraisals for all vehicles offered as part of a part‑exchange.
