Full or Part-time Hair Stylist in a high volume salon with flexible hours and an established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country, striving to have the highest "effective wage" in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week, the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr. Some make a little less, some make substantially more, depending on proficiency, but no one in my company earns less than $20/hr in total.
Select salons offer a $300 signing bonus.
Ongoing training includes both virtual and hands-on training.
Responsibilities:
