Southdown is recruiting a Housing Officer to join our housing management team in Worthing. You’ll work flexibly between the office, site visits and home to support tenants in West Sussex and ensure rents and service charges are well managed.
Reporting to the Manager, Housing Services, you’ll deliver a responsive service to tenants with support needs, handle tenancy issues in line with regulations and collaborate with in-house staff and partners. 37 hours per week, £34,800 per year.
