Southdown is recruiting for a Lead Peer Facilitator based at Lewes Wellbeing Hub, Western Road. The role focuses on using lived experience to help clients find hope, connect with others and build confidence. You will demonstrate strong group facilitation and create psychologically safe spaces for participants, working alongside an entry‑level Peer Facilitator.
