Southdown is seeking a Peer Facilitator (Entry) based in Lewes, East Sussex.
You will use your lived experience of mental health challenges to enable clients to find hope, connect with others and build confidence within group settings.
Working with a Lead Peer Facilitator, you will co‑facilitate peer groups and social spaces, using accessible activities to support participants.
The role includes training, reflective practice, and supervision to develop your facilitation skills.
