Southdown is seeking a Lead Peer Facilitator based at Lewes Wellbeing Hub, Western Road, with travel across Lewes and Wealden neighbourhoods. The role uses your lived experience of mental health challenges to help clients find hope, connect with others and build confidence through facilitated group work.
You will co-facilitate peer groups with a Peer Facilitator (Entry), mentor them, create psychologically safe spaces, and participate in reflective practice, supervision and training.
