Southdown seeks a Lead Peer Facilitator based at Lewes Wellbeing Hub, with regular travel across East Sussex. The role focuses on using lived experience to help clients find hope and build confidence, co-facilitating groups and mentoring an Entry-level peer facilitator.
DBS check will be paid for by Southdown. Salary is £28,640 per year pro rata for 25 hours per week, with sessions across Lewes and other sites on Tue–Fri and occasional evenings.
