Southdown is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live independently at Lennox Court in Chichester. You will assist with daily living tasks, encourage community activities and provide person-centered care based on dignity and choice.
Full training is provided, and prior experience is welcome but not essential. A driving licence may be required; DBS checks are performed and supported by the employer.
Location: Lennox Court, West Sussex.
