Southdown is seeking a Deputy Manager for our services in West Sussex. You will support the Service Manager, develop an excellent team, oversee staff performance, and ensure high standards of care for adults with learning disabilities.
You will work with clients on daily living tasks including personal care, finances, health and medication, and participate in referrals, assessments and care plan updates while upholding safeguarding, risk management and health and safety compliance.
