Southdown’s Work & Wellbeing Service is seeking an Employment Specialist in Brighton.

You will deliver the IPS model to help clients gain sustainable paid employment, co‑located with the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team and in partnership with Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust.

Some remote and community-based work is involved.
