We are now looking for a Chair of the Board who shares our passion for making a difference. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of Sussex's most respected social care and housing organisations, with a turnover of £32 million and a team of 850 dedicated staff.

Becoming Southdown's Chair means you will play a pivotal role in helping guide strategy, champion inclusion, and help shape services that transform lives for thousands of people. Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strong governance, support and challenge our Chief Executive and leadership team.
  • Champion our values and represent Southdown to key partners and stakeholders.
