Are you passionate about making pets a priority? Here at CVS, so are we! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Nine Mile Veterinary Hospital.
Location: 177 Nine Mile Ride, Wokingham RG40 4JD
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 33
Shift Pattern: to be advised: to cover five days a week, starting at 8am or finishing at 7pm and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
- Registering new clients
- Completing insurance forms
- Dispensing medications
- Taking payments
- Providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
- Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
- An excellent communicator with strong empathy
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
- A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
