We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part‑Time Head Receptionist to join our team at Mildmay Veterinary Hospital! This is a job‑share position to provide management to the reception team with secondary responsibility for all insurance claims across our three Mildmay practices. Ideally, we are looking for cover on Monday‑Wednesday and Friday afternoons, circa 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and efficient service to our clients and their animals.
- Manage the reception team and oversee the administration functions within the team.
- Effect successful communication cascades.
- Drive the recruitment cycle.
- Deal with complaints.
- Keep up to date with new business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Detail‑oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills.
