Responsibilities
- Lead and provide clinical support for a team of Veterinary Care Assistants and Student Veterinary Nurses
- Conduct 1‑2‑1s and appraisals
- Deliver inpatient care and run nurse clinics/consults
- Champion continuous improvement across the practice and promote the highest standard of animal care
