Competitive Salary: £49,000 – £76,500 depending on experience.

About the Role

Full‑time, 40 hours a week across 4 or 5 days with 1 in 3 Saturday morning shifts.

We can consider part‑time, reduced hours, or flexible applications.

No bank holiday or out of hours work.

We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Shrewsbury team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Confident in clinical skills, able to take the lead on surgical and medical cases, and carry out diagnostic investigations with precision.
  • Keen to develop, committed to gaining further confidence in clinical skills to manage or lead on different case types.
  • Natural mentor and team player, enjoying supporting and inspiring colleagues.
  • Client care comes naturally, creating positive, reassuring experience that builds trust.
  • As an experienced vet, bring a strong level of clinical autonomy, comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards.
