Dyfed Farm Vets in Carmarthen is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Senior Farm Vet to join our growing and progressive team. Based in a brand‑new practice facility, the practice offers an exciting opportunity to shape both clinical services and business development within a forward‑thinking environment. You will be part of a supportive, expanding team of vets and experienced support staff, working alongside a developing TB unit and a loyal client base. This role is ideal for a motivated vet looking to take the next step in their career, combining high‑quality clinical work with leadership, team development, and influence over practice direction and performance. We are a dedicated farm animal practice, working exclusively with livestock and supporting a diverse and progressive client base across dairy, beef and sheep systems. From large‑scale dairy enterprises to traditional family farms, our work is varied, practical, and rewarding.
