As Senior Brand and Marketing Manager at CVS Group, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing our brand and marketing strategies. You will ensure a cohesive and compelling brand presence across all channels, working both nationally and locally. Your role will be instrumental in managing our creative direction, overseeing marketing initiatives, and driving successful campaigns that resonate with our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, including Marketing Executives/Specialists and a Graphic Designer, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

  • Omni-Channel Campaign Management: Execute integrated campaigns across print, digital, and social media to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze marketing data and insights to measure campaign performance, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand health.
  • Brand Stewardship: Act as a guardian of the CVS brand, ensuring consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and channels.
