Life at Bridge Vets

We are seeking a Clinical Director to come and join our friendly, dedicated and close‑knit team. If you are eager to develop you will be supported by our Senior Practice Director, Head Nurse and our very experienced team. Bridge Vets, Wroxham sits right in the middle of the beautiful Norfolk Broads, with easy access to both the coast and Norwich city centre. Easy to get to from Cambridge, Ipswich and London Stansted. We have four consult rooms and plenty of kit available to help deliver an excellent level of care and service, including Laparoscopy, Endoscopy and Dental X‑ray, and a wealth of Laboratory analysers.

Be an ambassador and lead the team to adhere to the values of the practice and wider CVS Group. Maximise the commercial performance of the clinic by monitoring key performance indicators such as average transaction values and diagnostic percentages. Identify and pursue opportunities to improve commercial and clinical performance. Conduct consultations, investigations and surgical procedures, practising outstanding first opinion medicine and surgery, with a focus on preventive and diagnostic driven healthcare. Conduct clinical audits to develop the Vet team and to improve the surgery performance. Maintain a reflective no‑blame culture of clinical audit.
