Beech House Veterinary Surgery is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Head RVN to lead and mentor a nursing team to clinical excellence. You’ll be joining our well‑equipped practice based in Radcliffe, Manchester. We are offering an attractive salary along with an excellent benefits package. This is a full‑time role, working 5 days a week and 1:4 Saturdays.
The role involves joining a practice with access to a large, varied and very interesting caseload and a wide range of modern equipment including digital x‑ray, dental x‑ray, modern ultrasound, full endoscopy suite, multiparameter and a variety of in‑house lab facilities. We are looking for an experienced HRVN who is confident and proactive and can lead and mentor our nursing team to help our clinic deliver the best possible care with a high standard of customer service.
This role offers the chance to join a small but very well‑established practice with many loyal clients, varied cases, and the opportunity to be a hero to our clients and their pets. You’ll be a shining example to our recently qualified RVNs and work to help build confidence in our new Graduate vets. This role can be moulded to suit your aspirations, and the possibilities here are endless for a nurse and team that wants to continuously develop.

Salary and Hours:
Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience. This is a full‑time role working approximately 37.5 hours a week, including 1 in 4 Saturdays (08:30‑17:30), but we are open to flexible working discussions during the interview process. Our practice opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:45 to 19:00 and Saturdays 08:30 to 17:30. Our practice is supported out of hours by MiNightVet Manchester.
