We are searching for a Lead Veterinary Nurse to support a team of highly dedicated and client‑focused RVNs. As the Lead Veterinary Nurse, you will assist with the daily operations, lead a dedicated team of RVNs, SVNs and PCAs, inspiring them to reach their career goals while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture across the practice.
- Assist with daily operations and staff management.
- Lead a team of RVNs, SVNs and PCAs.

- Manage scheduling, including a rota basis for weekends and one bank holiday per year.
Position details:
- Full time, 40 hours per week (8:30am‑6:30pm) over 4 days.
- No nights or out‑of‑hours duties.
- Flexible working available.
