We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join our Laboratory Administration team!
Location: Harleston Laboratory
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Wednesday 9-5pm

Core Responsibilities
- To Process Newly Received Veterinary Submissions – through Data Entry & labelling for our laboratory
- Manage incoming Client Queries and Incoming Communication from partner laboratories and suppliers
Skills & Attributes Needed
- Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using telephone systems and providing excellent customer service
- Ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to work under pressure and perform routine tasks reliably
- Team player with a positive attitude

- No prior lab or scientific experience required – full training provided.
