The predicted salary is between 13.8 - 13.8 £ per hour.

Part-time | 20 hours per week

Working pattern: You must be available 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays

Salary: Up to £13.80 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our Non-Clinical Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accurate administration, and wants to play an important role in supporting contract management and procurement activity across the business. In this role, you will help keep key procurement and administrative processes running smoothly by maintaining accurate data, supporting reporting, managing queries, and contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of a busy and collaborative team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support team operations; ranging from inbox management to developing dashboards to monitor contract renewals, project tracking and due diligence documentation
  • Preparing reports and assisting with data collection and analysis
  • Maintaining spreadsheets across different portfolios
  • Managing incoming calls and queries via the Procurement function
  • Advise on opportunities to the business through database cleansing activities

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Strong interest in database hygiene, keeping excellent audit trails and owning data integrity and quality
  • Willing to learn from other colleagues, open to feedback and willing to work as part of a team
  • Unafraid to question and challenge colleagues for the collective good of the organisation
  • A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Commercially aware with a “can-do” attitude, able to focus on big picture business needs
  • Comfortable working both independently and autonomously.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proven experience in database management
  • Experience creating bespoke reports and developing basic visualisation
  • Ability to demonstrate strong influencing skills about system governance
  • Some procurement experience, or a strong interest in procurement.
  • Exposure to contract databases advantageous but not required
