- Lead, coach and develop teams across dispensary, warehouse and inventory operations.
- Drive performance, accuracy and productivity through KPIs, planning and process improvement.
- Ensure high standards of compliance, safety and operational control in a regulated environment.
- Partner with colleagues across the business to improve service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Build a positive, accountable culture focused on quality, development and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience leading large operational teams in logistics, warehousing, production environments.
- Strong compliance knowledge, with experience working to quality assurance standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Experience leading leaders, with responsibility for managers, team leaders and supervisors across multiple functions.
- A strong people leader who sets the tone on culture, keeps teams engaged, and puts the customer at the heart of every decision.
- A track record of managing operational performance through SLAs, KPIs, workforce planning and service delivery metrics.
- Good knowledge of warehouse or inventory systems, ideally including WMS or JDA, with the ability to support system development and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of compliance, SOPs, quality standards and safe operational practices.
- A confident decision‑maker who uses data and insight to solve problems and improve performance.
