Exciting Opportunity at Animed established in 2010, Animed supplies animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK. We're proud of our reputation for excellent customer service and are now looking to welcome a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and supportive Customer Care team.
Shift Patterns:
- Full time / Part time available
- Part time 20+ hours per week
- Flexible lunch-cover shifts across Monday to Friday, examples including: 10am–3pm, 11am–4pm, 12pm–5pm
- Full time 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday within operational hours (open hours 08:00 - 17:30)
- Flex; option to include weekend shifts for those who prefer additional flexibility
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Location: office in Diss, Hybrid working available following initial training - based on maintaining performance (No fully Remote Options)

What you'll be doing:
- Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment - this is the core part of the role.
- Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
- Accurately updating multiple IT systems
- Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
