CVS Vets is seeking a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist for our West End Vets site in Edinburgh (EH10 4RD). The role is permanent with 31 hours per week, structured Wed–Fri 08:00–18:00 and Sat 08:30–12:00. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, greet clients, manage insurance forms, and process payments, while delivering friendly, empathetic service.
Candidates should have receptionist experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Veterinary experience is a bonus.
