Role responsibilities- Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals with clinical autonomy across surgical and medical cases
- Lead on selected cases, perform diagnostic investigations, and contribute to shaping clinical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient and client care
- Support and mentor colleagues to help them thrive and develop clinically
- Deliver a positive client experience, building trust and long-lasting relationships
- Contribute to primary care duties including OOH consultations, inpatient care, and routine procedures
- 2+ years of veterinary experience with strong clinical autonomy in small animal practice
- Confident in surgical and medical case management and diagnostic investigations
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client service
- Ability to work effectively within a team and support peers
- Part-time applicants welcome 30-40 hours per week
- RCVS & VDS fees paid in full
