We're hiring a Learning, Education & Development Coordinator to help deliver high-quality training across the business. What you'll be doing:
This role is about delivery and coordination. You'll keep training running smoothly and make sure the right people get the right development at the right time. You will:
- Coordinate and support both in‑person and virtual training
- Manage logistics, bookings, and course administration
- Work with internal teams and external CPD providers
- Act as the main point of contact during training delivery
- Set up training environments and ensure sessions run without issues
- Support clinical training, including cadaver-based sessions where required
This is a hands‑on role where organisation, pace, and attention to detail matter.
