Southdown Housing Association in Lewes seeks a Lead Peer Facilitator to support mental health and wellbeing across East Sussex. You will use your lived experience to help clients find hope, connect with others and build confidence, while co-facilitating groups and mentoring an Entry Peer Facilitator.
The role is based at Lewes Wellbeing Hub with travel to Newhaven, Heathfield and Uckfield. 25 hours per week, Β£28,640 per year, some evenings may be required.
