Wellness Lead (Part-Time; 6.00pm - 11.00pm)

We provide service users with care and support in a nurturing, safe environment, where they can thrive during their recovery journey to wellness living in the community.
The Role: Do you live in Southwark? Are you looking for a fulfilling job that supports other people? Do you have experience of mental health? If so, we are looking for you to help run our Southwark Recovery Space Service. This exciting new venture will support service users with mental health needs at their point of need in the community. The project has a strong emphasis on prevention; being rooted in the community and being culturally appropriate for the residents of Southwark. The service will be open from midday to 11pm 365 days a year with the primary focus of preventing presentations at A&E through community redirection and supportive Recovery and Crisis planning.
Key Responsibilities
- The Recovery Worker Lead will be responsible for leading the Shift; following up on previous clients and overseeing Wellness Plans.
