Southcroft Lodge provides hotel-style accommodation for patients discharged from hospital, support for those in Crisis in the Community, long-term supported-living community placements and B&B step-down from the hospital. Our aim is to provide a therapeutic, structured environment for Clients to continue their recovery in the community. We empower the individuals we work with to realise their potential.
Southcroft Healthcare Lodge are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, qualified and experienced professional to join our team as Team Leader.
We have 24 homes and counting, across South-West London, working with local authorities and mental health trusts to place vulnerable adults within one of our 4 pathways:
- Supported Living Services
- Hospital Step-Down
- Hospital Discharge
- Community Services

We put our Service Users at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive and efficient.
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care or Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or working towards this qualification (or completion upon acceptance of post)
- Computer and IT literacy at a level that supports the role to which employed (to be tested in interview)
- Ability to undertake specific service training as directed by senior staff
- Training in Mental Health Customer Service qualification or other relevant qualification
- Demonstrate a working knowledge and understanding of Mental Health and Recovery principles
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be efficient, dependable and disciplined
- Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop superior working relationships
- Have great organisational and prioritisation skills, as well as the ability to multitask
- Be adept at collaborating with different teams within the organisation as well as third party stakeholders and professionals
