We are currently looking to appoint a permanent, full-time Warehouse Manager based at our Perth Distribution Centre to lead day-to-day operations and drive performance across the site.
Your Role
Reporting to the National Fulfilment Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations across inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and staff management.
This role focuses on running a safe, efficient, and well-structured operation that meets business demand, maintains high inventory accuracy, and delivers consistent performance, while driving continuous improvement and building team capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Plan and allocate labour to ensure productivity, coverage, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, adjustments, and discrepancies, taking corrective action where required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support demand planning and customer requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to drive performance and accountability.
- Foster strong collaboration across warehouse, sales, and customer service teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes, systems, and workflows.
- Support and lead operational projects, including system and process enhancements.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained and non-conformances are addressed.
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all warehouse activities.
Skills and Attributes
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution.
- Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and build a strong culture.
- Experience identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Confident with systems and data (PRONTO experience highly regarded).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical, hands‑on approach with a focus on outcomes.
- Forklift licence and valid driver’s licence required.
- Problem‑solving mindset with good decision‑making ability.
- Team‑focused with the ability to build strong working relationships.
