The Role

This role is responsible for cost accounting, inventory valuation, variance analysis, financial reporting and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The Plant accountant will work closely with the Operations Controller, the wider operations team and the facility leadership to support accurate reporting of financial performance and enhance operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• AAT and or CIMA qualified or working towards
• Degree in Accounting, Finance business or related field (preferred)
• Highly IT literate in a mainstream ERP system and windows, particularly Excel required
• At least 3 years’ experience in a Finance role
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
