You must be fluent in Business German and this role is based in Worcester, Worcestershire. The position reports to the Customer Service Manager. Offering amazing customer service is extremely important to us; our customer interactions go far beyond the traditional telephone support, such as email, live chat, web and self-service. Customer support is more than just providing answers; it’s an important part of the promise Southco makes to its customers and focuses on creating a positive first impression helping to drive business growth within the region.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to and processing requests from Customers, Distribution & Account Managers in a timely manner.
  • Developing relationships with existing customers by promoting Southco’s products and services.
  • Building strong relationships with our internal and external functions to help deliver ambitious sales strategies and achieve revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Business system experience (SAP is desirable).
  • Previous Customer Service experience would be desirable.
