We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic and caring teacher to join our team as a new entrant teacher for a fixed-term parental leave position covering Terms 1-3, 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the first year of school for our youngest learners. We are looking for someone who creates a warm, engaging and inclusive classroom where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.
The successful applicant will:
- Build positive relationships with students, whānau and colleagues
- Have a strong understanding of effective literacy and numeracy teaching for early learners
- Value play-based and purposeful learning experiences that support children's development
