We're building tools and products that help teams ship great software.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work directly on client projects and internal products, tackling hard problems across the entire stack.
This isn't a typical engineering role.
We value people who tinker, who hack on weekends, who have strong opinions about how software should be built.
You'll be using cutting‑edge tools—Convex for our backend, AI coding assistants daily, and modern Type Script throughout.
You’ll have significant autonomy and ownership.
We trust engineers to make good decisions and move fast.
If you're the type who gets frustrated by bureaucracy and just wants to build things that work—you’ll fit right in.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience with modern Type Script—you write clean, type‑safe code that others can follow
- Experience with Convex or eagerness to learn (real‑time backends, serverless functions, database)
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development—Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.
- A tinkerer's mindset: you build side projects, explore new tools, and enjoy the craft of software
- Hacker mentality: you find creative solutions, move fast, and iterate based on feedback
- Ability to work across the stack—frontend, backend, infrastructure as needed
- Strong written async communication skills and ability to work autonomously
- Nice to have
- Experience with React, Next. js, or similar modern frontend frameworks
- Familiarity with real‑time systems and event‑driven architectures
- Open source contributions or public projects we can look at
- Experience at early‑stage startups or fast‑moving teams
