About the Role

  • Location: Westminster Campus, Central London
  • Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent, Immediate start
  • Salary: £48,000‑£49,000 per annum, depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key operational areas including timetabling, student data management, examinations, and school systems.
  • Produce and maintain complex timetables across all IB programmes.
  • Manage staff cover, rooming, and co‑curricular activities, arranging daily and long‑term cover for teacher absence.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data within iSAMS and support staff in using core systems.
  • Lead reporting processes for parents and senior leaders.
  • Coordinate examinations and deliver data insights for strategic planning.
  • Support events and parent engagement platforms and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements.
  • Promote effective integration across all school systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience with a school management system and understanding of timetabling principles; training will be provided.
  • Enthusiastic, vibrant, organised, flexible and motivated.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and staff.
