We are currently looking for a Members' Lounge Assistant to join our Visitor Experience and Ticketing team on a part time permanent contract. This is an opportunity to be part of a team of Visitor Experience Members’ Lounge Assistants whose focus, as the hosts of the space, is to provide an outstanding world class experience. Working alongside the catering team and wider department, our new team will be the face of the Members’ Lounge, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring everyone has a wonderful visit.

Key Responsibilities- Represent the Southbank Centre as a friendly and welcoming destination in which to work, perform and visit.
- Ensure our Members' Lounge is well maintained and presented.
- Work across the site to promote and sell memberships.
- Provide a pleasurable, accessible, efficient, knowledgeable, safe and well organised experience for all members.
- Relish the opportunity to turn engagement with the Southbank Centre into membership by inspiring visitors to become members.
- Passion to deliver tailored and specialised service to members.
- Experience in concierge, members’ spaces or other similar customer service role.
- Strong people skills including the ability to assist our audiences in a helpful, friendly, courteous and confident manner.
- The ability to maximise sales.
- Has the ability to work flexibly including working in the evenings and at weekends.
- A min 5% pension contribution (going up to 9% depending on employee contribution), from day 1 of employment.
