We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join on a full time, fixed term contract until October 2026.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be leading the strategic campaigns to develop our Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of data‑informed, audience focussed, strategic marketing campaigns for the Hayward Gallery and Visual Arts programme
- Drive income generation, build and retain new audiences and communicate Southbank Centre’s vision and artistic programme.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns within the Visual Arts sector.
- Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and CRM systems, particularly Tessitura, with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proven experience of managing budgets and delivering cost‑effective, ROI‑driven campaigns.
- Communicates clearly, positively and effectively, with the confidence to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
