We are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to join our Facilities team on a full time, permanent contract. The Technical Services Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership and operational management of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services and integrated security systems across the Southbank Centre.
The annual salary stated is based on the Full-Time Equivalent (40 hours per week). If the job is part-time, the weekly hours will be stated within the advert. Key Responsibilities- Technical oversight and support all MEP systems including all security systems ensuring that they are maintained to the highest of standards and are compliant, meeting current statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage all Southbank Centre’s MEP, Security System, Fabric and Civil contractors.
- Manage all Southbank Centre FM software systems, ensuring they align with IT procedures (Schneider EM, Lutron Lighting, ALC BMS, etc).
- Technical review of all FM jobs sheets, supplier quotes and extra work requests ensuring jobs are completed to the highest standards, within the contracted SLA and cost effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred however technical trade school certification would be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years practical experience as a MEP engineer in building maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing systems, BMS, Fire Protections systems and security systems.
