We are currently looking for an Arts Administration Manager to join on a full time permanent basis. The Arts Administration Manager provides essential oversight of the administrative systems and processes used across the Arts Planning & Producing and Arts Programming departments, streamlining key workflows, identifying potential improvements and efficiencies, and leading on the project management of new systems and processes. The right candidate will be data and process driven, love spreadsheets and logic based problem solving, whilst knowing how to build strong relationships to help drive through change.

Main responsibilities include:

  • To ensure that all contracts across the Artistic team are up to date and issued, signed and processed within set timelines and to a consistent standard.
  • Act as a key point of contact internally for artistic contract queries.
  • Ensure that the post-event settlement process is fit for purpose and conducted effectively and efficiently by colleagues across the organisation.
  • Review the overarching process for putting events on sale cross-departmentally and ensure that it is fit for purpose and conducted effectively and efficiently.
  • Implement and manage an annual review of artistic administrative policies and procedures.

Key skills that will help you in this role include:

  • Demonstrable administrative skills, with experience of designing, managing, reviewing and improving administrative systems and processes.
  • Demonstrable financial management skills and the ability to monitor and track complex financial information.
  • Experience of change management in a complex organisation and the ability to work in a flexible and agile way in response to evolving processes and structures.
