Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engaging conversation, building meaningful relationships with clients.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and grooming, whilst maintaining dignity and respect.
- Support clients with medication reminders and management.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
- Facilitate client outings, appointments, and social engagement within the local community.
- Ensure client safety and well-being, reporting any concerns or changes in condition promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records in line with company policies and CQC regulations.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on people's lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent care.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for this role due to travel requirements between client homes.
- Previous experience in care is desirable but not essential, as full comprehensive training will be provided.
- We are specifically looking for people who are available to work on a Monday, Friday and Thursday evening.
