Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engage in stimulating activities with clients.
- Assist with light household duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and provide support with eating, as required.
- Prompt and assist clients with their medication in accordance with care plans.
- Support clients with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, and grooming, whilst promoting dignity and independence.
- Accompany clients on social outings, appointments, and assist with shopping, facilitating community engagement.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of care provided, ensuring clear communication within the care team.
Requirements
