Make a difference to the elderly and work from 10 hours to 35 hours per week! Evenings (6pm onwards) & weekends only! Work either alternative weekends or every weekend. We’re looking for caring people to provide quality care within the local community – we match you with clients close to where you live. We cover all areas of Bournemouth and Poole. We match every Care Professional to our clients based on mutual interests and hobbies to build bonds of trust and enable us to provide personalised support. Visits to our clients are no less than 1 hour, so you have the time needed with the client. We know that you are not “just a carer” and we value what you do.
We are looking for part-time carers who would like to work at least 10 hours and up to 25 hours a week, mainly focused on evenings and weekends. We’re looking for Care Assistants who may already have experience as a Support Worker or in domiciliary care, or those without experience looking to become a Care Assistant – full training will be given.
Excellent rate of pay – £14.30 per hour (double on Bank Holidays) – no catch. Always introduced to your clients:
- You are introduced to clients or shadow an existing Care Professional before solo visits.
- We match you to clients based on location, availability, needs and personality.
- All our office team have been Care Professionals and will give you all the support needed for you to succeed.
- Office roles are offered to Care Professionals first.
- Mileage paid at 30p – 45p/mile.
- Blue Light discount card eligibility.
