We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves providing personalised care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding.
- Assisting with medication reminders.
- Light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning.
- Running errands, such as grocery shopping.
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
- A genuine desire to care for others and make a positive impact on their lives.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role (formal or informal) – desirable.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – desirable.
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care – desirable.
- Competitive hourly rate: £13.30 - £14.30 per hour.
- Part‑time hours: 15 to 35 hours per week.
