TOUR DRIVER GUIDE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Deliver memorable private and small group tours around southern England * Drive an 8-seat Mercedes minibus * Provide personalised commentary and local information * Day-to-day management of clients * Completion of daily vehicle requirements including vehicle checks and cleanliness CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: * Basingstoke-area based * Confident driver with a clean license * Ability to engage enthusiastically with clients and recount knowledge, anecdotes & back stories * Highly organised and flexible in a changing day-to-day operational environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? * Flexible part-time and full-time positions * Visit beautiful locations * Meet & engage with interesting clients from around the world * Generous pay conditions * Be part of a small, ambitious, supportive team and company * Full training will be provided to successful candidates Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Successful applicants are generally retained seasonally (from March to October) on a contractual, self-employed basis and can be expected to work typically 3 or 4 days a week on the road during this time. Depending on demand, 1 to 3 days of work a week is normally available from November to February. Once qualified and ready to work, driver guides are paid an extremely competitive hourly rate. Pay: From £15ph plus lunch allowance, tips, and commission for 5* reviews Schedule: 10-hour shift Experience: * minibus driving: 1 year (preferred) * Private Hire Driving Licence (preferred) License/Certification: * Clean UK Driving Licence * Private Hire Driving Licence is required but we can help you with obtaining this
